Not the right fit? You're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. The short version: return the device for a full refund of your subscription — the rest of your kit is yours to keep.

30-day money-back guarantee

If DashMateAI isn't for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your subscription in full. There's no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

Return the device

To receive your refund, send the DashMateAI OBD-II device back to us. The device is the only item you need to return.

Email us and we'll send a prepaid return label — return shipping is on us. Send the device back in any condition short of destroyed.

Keep the rest of your kit

On the monthly plan, the one-time $50 kit charge covers those accessories you're keeping, so it isn't refunded. Your subscription is refunded in full.

How your refund is processed

Once your device arrives back with us, we refund your subscription to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email when it's on the way.

After 30 days — no refund on cancellation

After the 30-day window, purchases are non-refundable. You can still cancel anytime to stop future charges, but the period you've already paid for is not refunded — you simply keep your access until that period ends (cancel a yearly plan in month three and you keep the app through month twelve). If your device is faulty

Your device is warranted against manufacturing defects for one year from delivery. If it stops working through no fault of your own, we replace it free — you don't need to buy anything. The warranty doesn't cover loss, theft, or damage from misuse.
